About The Position

Requirements

• A valid driver's license.
• Effective communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and solid problem-solving skills are desirable, but prior experience is not necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in building maintenance, construction, lawn care, or pest control.
• Previous experience working at Rescue Rooter, Orkin, Terminix, Davey Tree, Mr. Rooter, East Bay Municipal Utility District, or similar work backgrounds.
• Military veterans or individuals looking to make a career change.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and provide solutions to residential and commercial sewer and drain problems.
• Clear blockages on plumbing systems and clean drains and sewers using Roto-Rooter provided equipment and tools.
• Document estimates and invoices, both in writing and on a company provided smartphone.
• Utilize plumbing skills learned during training taught by a licensed Master Plumber.
