The Plumbing Install Coordinator at Mauzy Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient installation process for technicians and clients. This role involves coordinating with installation teams, suppliers, and customers to schedule installations and streamline the process, making it critical for the company's operational success. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess a solid understanding of the plumbing industry.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Installation technicians and installation manager.
• Assist the team in completing jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve the company's goals.
• Coordinate schedules for installation teams, clients, and material shipments to ensure efficient performance.
• Maintain accurate records of project plans and schedules.
• Ensure all necessary documentation including contracts and agreements are prepared.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure equipment and supplies for projects are available in time for installation.
• Maintain communication with clients, ensuring timelines and any changes are addressed throughout the process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project coordination, scheduling or administrative roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and ability to learn new software systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
