Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently install plumbing equipment in customers' homes.
- Work closely with the installation manager, warehouse manager, and installation apprentices to complete jobs on time and under budget.
- Lead and be responsible for plumbing installations.
- Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
- Present yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
- Ensure jobs are properly staged and sign off on job quality checklist.
- Collaborate with customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
- Adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and vehicle.
- Keep truck inventory up to date.
- Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training.
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high-quality installations.
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, and paperwork.
- Maintain a clean driving record and obtain necessary certifications.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of installation experience in plumbing.
- Ability to establish customer rapport and ensure satisfaction.
- Professional demeanor and knowledge of plumbing systems.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain job site and vehicle.
- Willingness to participate in training and obtain certifications.
