The Plumbing Sales Representative at ARS/Rescue Rooter is a key role focused on driving sales through effective relationship building and closing techniques. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with provided leads, allowing representatives to focus on closing sales without the need for cold calling or canvassing. Responsibilities

• Act as a residential sales representative for new and existing customers.
• Drive to sales locations and meet with customers in their homes to evaluate and present options.
• Commit to relationship selling to earn repeat business through excellent performance.
• Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals through top performance and commitment.
• Utilize closing skills to maximize earnings in an uncapped commission structure.

Requirements

• Experience in Outside Sales, particularly in a residential In-Home environment.
• Proven track record in One-Call-Close sales techniques.
• Background in Skilled Trades such as Plumbing, HVAC, Pest Control, Lawn Care, Roofing, Air Conditioning, Siding, Windows, Solar, Counter Tops, Kitchen & Baths, or Security.
