The Plumbing Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals in a dynamic and competitive environment, focusing on training, development, and achieving revenue goals. Responsibilities
- Train sales team three times a week through role play and teaching the sales cycle.
- Spend time in the field ('boots on the ground') training sales personnel.
- Plan, organize, and direct operations to achieve revenue goals while maintaining client focus.
- Establish working relationships with department heads and owners.
- Maintain strong interpersonal communication skills and improve team culture among technicians.
- Administer company policies and procedures consistently throughout the sales team.
- Develop new training programs and execute established plans to meet and exceed company goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in the trades holding a C 36 license.
- Proven track record of developing top producing sales teams.
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training sales/service teams.
- Ability to train on estimating time and materials and job costing.
- Strong time management skills and a positive attitude.
