• Train and guide staff to obtain repeat business and generate referrals.
• Set budgets and control expenses to ensure financial health of the business.
• Review and analyze financial documents to determine financial status and identify strategies for increasing profits.
• Meet KPIs and ensure total customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in the home services industry with a proven ability to meet sales goals.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team and hold individuals accountable.
• Ability to read and interpret financial documents.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and how they drive business growth.
• Organizational abilities and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
