The Plumbing Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships within the plumbing services sector. This role involves identifying potential customers, maintaining communication with existing clients, and ensuring a positive purchasing experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a proven sales background, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities

• Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease
• Answer customer questions about plumbing services and loan application process
• Use CRM software (HouseCall Pro) to maintain a customer database
• Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
• Valid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record are required
• Prior sales experience is required, preferably in a plumbing company
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in plumbing sales is preferred
