Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians in diagnosing and resolving common drain-related issues in residential and commercial settings.
• Learn and perform basic repairs and installations.
• Engage with customers to assess their plumbing needs and provide information about available services.
• Collaborate with experienced technicians and sales team members to identify potential sales opportunities and upsell additional plumbing services.
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their concerns and providing solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, services provided, and work completed.
• Assist in generating reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and job progress to support business growth strategies.
• Take part in training programs and on-the-job learning opportunities to enhance plumbing knowledge and skills.
