Responsibilities

• Install new equipment and fixtures with an emphasis on craftsmanship.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers.
• Prepare and maintain service records and reports using work tablets.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Educate customers on how to maintain their systems between service visits.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Journeyman license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a plumbing service technician.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a passing background check.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform elevated work off ladders and lifts.
