About the position

Boothe's Heating, Air, Plumbing, Drains, & Electrical is seeking a Service Plumber to join their dynamic team. This role involves performing various plumbing tasks in a residential setting, mentoring apprentices, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of the Plumbing Trade in a retrofit residential environment including customer facing service work.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, the parts department, and the installation team.
• Keep your truck inventory up to date.
• Maintain a positive attitude and be able to work well with team members.
• Properly complete paperwork.
• Be on call occasionally.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Participate and keep an open mind to training for professional growth.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years residential service & repair experience (diagnosing & troubleshooting a normal plumbing system).
• Drain Cleaning experience.
• Leak Location and Repair experience is a plus.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer service while on the jobsite.
• Results driven in a high-energy environment.
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather.
• Must have a clean criminal background and drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
