Mr. Rooter Plumbing of South Central Connecticut is seeking Full-Time Plumbing Service Technicians to join their team. This role involves performing plumbing services in both residential and commercial properties, utilizing a state-of-the-art dispatching system. The ideal candidate will have prior plumbing experience and a valid plumbing license, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of work.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues for commercial and residential systems.
- Perform service work on plumbing systems in commercial and residential environments.
- Identify proper materials for new and existing projects.
- Communicate problems, propose solutions, and explain billing to customers.
- Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order.
Requirements
- Licensed plumber with prior plumbing experience.
