About the position
Horizon Services is seeking a Residential Plumber who is passionate about problem solving and customer service. Our Residential Plumbing experts do not work On-Call and can earn up to $48+/hr. with bonuses and incentives. We have been a trusted name in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning for over 30 years, and our people-first culture ensures that we can deliver on the Horizon guarantee with each and every employee and customer we service. Our technicians go into clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential plumbing systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential plumbing systems.
- Complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions.
Requirements
- Experience as a Residential Plumbing Technician.
- Relevant licenses and certifications.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Clean and neat appearance.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Hard-working and motivated.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with various plumbing systems and tools.
- Previous customer service experience in a technical field.
