About the position

The PM Account Manager at CSG Service Group, Inc. is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring that all client needs are met with high-quality service. This role involves collaboration with internal departments, resolving client complaints, and overseeing team operations to maintain service excellence in the hospitality industry. The Account Manager will also be involved in hiring, training, and scheduling team members while managing budgets and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that client requests are fulfilled
  • Resolve all client complaints/concerns promptly
  • Provide 10 out of 10 services to our clients and business partners
  • Hire and train team members
  • Ensure all jobs are completed on time each day
  • Schedule special project work for team members
  • Create weekly schedules
  • Understand account budgets to manage daily timekeeping/budget reports
  • Train all team members in safety programs
  • Train all team members in inspection and quality control procedures
  • Ensure all reports are done correctly, neatly, and in a detailed manner
  • Follow all CSG safety procedures
  • Follow up on any additional work required by the Vice President
  • Work a minimum of 40 hours a week providing these services and the basics of this job
  • Be available at all times to your staff and clients should any concerns arise
  • Exhibit excellent leadership qualities and motivate others in an optimistic manner

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years' leadership experience in the hospitality industry (both front and back of house)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with timekeeping/budgeting reports
  • Knowledge of Cal-OSHA regulations
  • Knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the janitorial cleaning industry
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Must be able to pass and complete background check
  • Willingness to learn and use CSG's internal applications such as Workwave and Winteam
