About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PM/BA - Payroll Migration professional to join our team in Tampa, FL. This role involves managing and driving business results through multi-faceted projects, specifically focusing on payroll migration. The position requires effective project management skills to ensure successful delivery within budget and desired outcomes, while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within budget and desired outcomes.
• Utilize best practice PMO methodology to create and maintain project plans tailored to stakeholders' needs.
• Collaborate with End Users, Technology, and other organizations to define project scope and objectives.
• Prepare and submit clear activity/progress reports and manage time effectively.
• Identify project risks and potential problems, applying proactive measures to address them.
• Communicate project milestones, status updates, and potential escalation issues to all concerned parties.
• Promote partner involvement and cultivate strong working relationships across the project.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of project management experience.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced experience in Excel.
• Ability to develop project plans, manage deadlines, and achieve project goals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to generate solutions using root cause analysis.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to promote teamwork and partner involvement.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with MS Project, VISIO, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
• Familiarity with industry trends and new technology through professional development activities.
