About the position

The PM General Manager at Cook Out Restaurants is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing the night crew and ensuring the smooth operation of a high-volume restaurant. This position emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and performance-based rewards, making it a vital part of the company's success. The PM General Manager will work closely with the team to coach and train staff, maintain operational standards, and create an enjoyable dining experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of running a high-volume restaurant during night shifts.
• Coach and lead the night crew effectively for 4 shifts per week starting at 4:45 PM.
• Ensure teamwork and customer service excellence among staff.
• Meet and exceed targeted standards for food, labor, and paper costs through effective planning and training.
• Foster a fast-paced and upbeat work environment.

Requirements

• 1 year of management experience, preferably in restaurant management.
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• Effective communication skills with team members and customers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience in meeting/exceeding targeted operational standards.
