About the position

This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience working at or with Microsoft, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and customer engagement through the use of Microsoft tools. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leverage expertise with Microsoft tools to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.
• Establish and maintain relationships with the v-team and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
• Independently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience working at or with Microsoft.
• Strong command of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Azure Dev Ops).
• Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.
• At least 1 year of experience working at Microsoft.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
