Responsibilities

• Use the voice pick system to pick orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Learn the order of the aisles and their sections, as well as product locations.
• Match UPC codes on products to the picking remote listening device.
• Position pick tags on products to facilitate deliveries.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Experience in order selecting in a freezer is highly desired.
• At least 1 year of experience in order selection is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization and accuracy.
• Manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination are required.
• Ability to read English, recognize numbers, and select appropriate products to fill orders.
• Ability to lift up to 53 pounds and pass a Physical Abilities Test.
• Ability to stand/walk for 10-12 hours during a shift.

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or similar facility is a plus.
