This position is for a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) specialist located in central Pennsylvania. Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient rehabilitation services to patients.
- Conduct occupational health assessments and treatments.
- Perform electromyography (EMG) testing as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Pain Management, PT, OT, SLP, and Cardiac Rehab nurses.
- Participate in teaching opportunities for residents and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and enhance the PM&R service line within the healthcare system.
Requirements
- Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation and occupational health.
- Familiarity with EMG testing procedures.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
