About the position

The PMM Program Manager for the Messaging Center of Excellence at Amazon Web Services (AWS) is responsible for developing and executing a marketing messaging tools strategy that enhances the management of content repositories and communication processes. This role focuses on streamlining content distribution, optimizing messaging, and integrating generative AI tools to improve marketing productivity. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and engagement with priority content, while also analyzing technology performance for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Messaging Center of Excellence (MCOE) to optimize integration with messaging enablement technology.
• Collaborate with internal tools teams and marketing stakeholders to build and execute roadmaps for content repository streamlining.
• Automate processes to enhance engagement with priority product marketing messaging.
• Establish mechanisms to identify and auto-deprecate outdated content.
• Streamline communication about important messaging announcements and events to the field and marketing teams.
• Analyze and report on technology tools performance and adoption for continuous improvement insights.
• Stay updated with marketing technology trends and apply them to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Experience in building processes, project management, and schedules.
