Requirements

• 4 years of relevant experience performing in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid MS Office abilities including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and Word
• Experience with project plans in MS Office
• Ability to provide basic user-level administration support to SharePoint
• Detail-oriented with multi-tasking abilities
• Analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of CGI

Responsibilities

• Assist in the formulation and definition of project scope and objectives
• Maintain project plans, processes, and documentation repositories
• Track project deliverables and milestones
• Establish and ensure deliverable quality assurance processes
• Provide regular status updates and reports
• Oversee tracking, review, and reporting of project risks and issues
• Maintain project schedules
• Track project-level financials
• Coordinate with Recruiting Teams to acquire necessary project resources
• Prepare and coordinate project-level communications
• Provide support to the full project team at meetings
