About the position

The PMO Business Process Analyst at Leidos is responsible for analyzing and improving existing business processes within the Defense Enclave Services team. This role focuses on developing sustainable and quantifiable process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness while ensuring data integrity and usability. The analyst will leverage best practices and new technologies to support the reengineering of business processes, ultimately contributing to the success of the DISA program at Fort Meade, MD.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating business needs and requirements to identify appropriate solutions.
• Arranging and structuring business processes to optimize efficiency, productivity, and performance.
• Identifying and implementing enhancements to business processes to drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.
• Optimizing business processes to achieve organizational objectives and improve overall effectiveness.
• Understanding the collection, processing, and evaluation of data to generate actionable insights and forecasts for decision making.
• Organizing, managing, and preserving data to ensure its integrity, accessibility, and usability over time.
• Improving and ensuring the quality of products, processes, or services through systematic evaluation and enhancement measures.
• Identifying and documenting the needs and constraints of stakeholders to guide item, system, and software development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a business discipline.
• Expert knowledge of industry practices, advanced techniques, and solutions within a professional discipline to develop new standards, processes, and solutions.
• Experience supporting program activities using the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an additional four (4) years' experience is required for a total of eight (8) years' experience.
