About the position

The PMO Project Coordinator at Leidos plays a crucial role in supporting the planning, organization, and execution of program management tasks within the National Security Sector. This position involves coordinating various activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, all while contributing to the success of the program and the organization as a whole.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the work of personnel in charge of task orders and/or integrated product teams.
  • Develop management plans and prepare management/cost performance reports.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, briefings, and other activities necessary for effective program management execution.
  • Maintain the program portal for documentation, guidance, and metrics on project management practices.
  • Perform SharePoint portal development and maintenance, including metrics and workflow development.
  • Facilitate meetings, including customer program review meetings and independent program reviews.
  • Manage staffing activities, including candidate resume collection, interview scheduling, and new staff in-processing.
  • Collaborate with the PMO and other organizational components to streamline TTO-related processes.
  • Communicate issues and solutions to the Government in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and administrative requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a business discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Two years of experience on large scale programs coordinating program-related activities.
  • Experience supporting program activities using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • One year of direct experience supporting the intelligence community or signals intelligence activity is desired.
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SharePoint tools and development.
  • Familiarity with staffing administration processes.
