About the position

The PMO Project Manager for Retail Engineering at Apple is responsible for supporting portfolio planning efforts across Engineering, focusing on headcount management, capital planning, and process improvement. This role requires a blend of macro project management responsibilities and detailed engineering project management opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables while enhancing the customer experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio planning efforts by working across Engineering teams.
• Manage headcount and capital planning deliverables at a macro level.
• Collaborate with Retail Finance, IS&T Finance, and various Engineering PMO team members.
• Maintain the health of the annual portfolio plan.
• Adapt to changes in deliverables and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project, program, or portfolio management.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Basic data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, or Tableau.
• Strong executive presentation skills using PowerPoint or Apple Keynote.
