About the position

The PMP Project Manager Organizational Change Manager role is a hybrid position requiring the candidate to work two days a week from the Saint Paul, MN office. The primary focus of this role is to manage projects effectively while ensuring successful organizational change management and training delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Develop and implement organizational change management strategies.
  • Create and deliver training programs for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Utilize project management methodologies to drive project success.

Requirements

  • B.S. or B.A. degree (4 year) or Associates degree plus an additional 5 years experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • Proven competency in organizational change management.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • 5+ years experience as a contractor or consultant.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience managing projects in state, county, or city governments or non-profit sector.
  • Experience with Enterprise Asset Management systems.
  • PMP certification from PMI.
  • CCMP certification from ACMP or Prosci certification.
  • Experience with organization development.
  • Experience in developing test scripts/testing.
  • Experience with agile project approaches.
