About the position
The Pod Lead - Risk Manager role at Robert Half involves overseeing project delivery, conducting client meetings, and ensuring compliance with client confidentiality agreements. Responsibilities
- Oversee the high-quality delivery of project requirements and service levels throughout the project life cycle.
- Conduct client meetings, including project kickoff and closing meetings.
- Prepare and review client project deliverables and reports.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to implement and communicate best practices and process knowledge.
- Provide information and data analysis for client-facing project leads.
- Perform job administration responsibilities, including status reports and budget to actuals.
- Inspire and provide growth and development opportunities for the team.
- Assess and mitigate risks to ensure that project controls, including statutory and regulatory requirements, are in place.
- Review and ensure adherence to client information and confidentiality agreements.
- Play an integral role in fostering a positive culture through relationship building.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management or related field
- Proficient in assessing various types of risks
- Expertise in compliance risk management
- Demonstrated experience in credit risk management
- Ability to lead and guide a team effectively
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of risk assessment software would be advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is required
- Certifications in Risk Management are preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must have strong organizational skills.
