About the position

The Podcast Videographer and Social Media Manager at Iconic Mortgage Corp is responsible for creating and managing engaging video content and social media strategies to enhance the company's marketing efforts. This role involves collaborating with the marketing team to produce ads, videos, photos, and graphics that resonate with target audiences, while also ensuring the effective distribution of content across various digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Film, manipulate, and edit film pieces to be posted on our Social Media platforms
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
• Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency
• Create engaging digital content daily for distribution across our digital channels (including social media, display)
• Research, pitch, and execute content marketing concepts and content ideas
• Work closely with our marketing team to produce content for ad campaigns
• Contribute to our social media execution/planning
• Work closely with teams across the organization throughout the planning and development of content

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with video production and editing
• Proven work experience as a video editor
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing various social media platforms
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)
• Creative mind and storytelling skills

Nice-to-haves

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in podcast production
