As a Retail Customer Service Supervisor at TJ Maxx, you will play a pivotal role in promoting an excellent customer experience while overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store. Addressing customer concerns and issues promptly will be crucial to maintaining a positive customer experience, and you will be expected to communicate effectively with both management and Associates to set and address priorities. Your leadership will also extend to promoting a culture of honesty and integrity within the team, maintaining confidentiality, and providing recognition and constructive feedback to your team members. You will partner with management to identify training needs for Associates, ensuring that they are equipped to meet the store's goals. Additionally, you will play a role in promoting safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment for both customers and staff.
