• Responds to calls regarding service, accidents, and disturbances.
• Writes narrative reports on incidents and traffic stops.
• Conducts after-hour security checks of university buildings.
• Provides assistance during in-progress criminal incidents.
• Maintains departmental equipment and supplies.
• Acts as a field training officer for new personnel.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Missouri operator's license.
• Missouri POST certification required after employment.

Nice-to-haves

• 30 college credit hours from an accredited institution or 2 years of federal military service or 2 years as a full-time POST certified peace officer.
• Advanced levels of education and a clean driving record.
