About The Position
The Police Officer Trainee position at the Vacaville Police Department is designed for individuals seeking to begin a career in law enforcement. Trainees will attend a six-month POST certified Police Academy to receive comprehensive training in various aspects of law enforcement. Upon successful completion of the academy, trainees will have the opportunity to be sworn in as Police Officers and engage in essential community safety duties.
