Responsibilities

• Monitor legislation and prepare clear, concise, and persuasive testimony for legislative committees.
• Assist in the development, review, and implementation of civil service rules in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Provide leadership and support in developing policies, procedures, and protocols for administrative best practices.
• Review and revise internal HR policies to ensure consistency with best practices and legal requirements.
• Encourage collaborative and creative work to support the Bureau.
• Provide support with additional tasks as assigned to meet the Bureau's evolving needs.
