About the position

The Policy Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting federal regulations and policies, particularly those related to the IAE portfolio of systems. This role requires a strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations and the ability to connect these regulations to the functionality of systems such as SAM.gov and FPDS.gov. The analyst will also need to communicate findings effectively, both in writing and verbally, to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret Federal Acquisition Regulations and Title 2 Code of Federal Regulations.
• Connect statutory and regulatory policy to the functionality in SAM.gov and FPDS.gov.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively, both in writing and orally.
• Utilize relevant software applications for data analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as a policy analyst, government contracts manager, or in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in an applicable discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and/or Title 2 Code of Federal Regulations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with relevant software applications such as word processing and spreadsheets.
