About the position

The Policy and Strategy Action Officer at KBR will support the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Office of Policy and Strategy (OP&S) in coordinating policy and strategy efforts that align with the agency's mission. This role involves collaboration with various inter-agency partners to develop and implement strategies, policies, and plans that enhance national security and international partnerships, particularly in the realm of space operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead inter-agency summits across Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) customers
• Support wargaming efforts within the organization and coordinate across the community
• Proactively assess policies and strategies proposed by internal and external organizations and propose revisions as necessary
• Assist with analyzing NRO, IC and Department of Defense missions and strategy related to national security, international, civil, and commercial space operations
• Provide technical, operational and acquisition policy and strategy advice spanning multi-INT, cross domain capabilities for current and future architectures
• Analyze intelligence requirements and propose NRO responses in written and briefing format
• Support interaction with US Government and foreign agency officials

Requirements

• 2 years NRO experience, 6 years total experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent coordination and communication skills

Nice-to-haves

• 5 years NRO experience, 14 years total experience
• Master's degree
• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
