About the position

We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of drafting principles and be proficient in various design software. This role involves creating detailed technical drawings and plans that meet project specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare detailed drawings and schematics using software such as ArchiCAD, MicroStation, and SolidWorks.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Utilize 3ds Max for 3D modeling and visualization of projects.
• Create and maintain accurate documentation of design changes and revisions using Bluebeam.
• Assist in system design and build processes by providing necessary drafting support.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards and industry regulations.
• Review designs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications before final submission.

Requirements

• Proficiency in drafting software including ArchiCAD, MicroStation, SolidWorks, and 3ds Max is required.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and the ability to create detailed schematics.
• Experience in system design is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and concepts to team members and stakeholders.
