The Policy Illustration Specialist at National Life Group plays a crucial role in collaborating with agents and internal partners to create and refine inforce illustrations for various life insurance policies. This position is essential for shaping clients' financial futures by crafting tailored insurance solutions, requiring strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored case design recommendations using proprietary and third-party illustration systems.
• Identify and address clients' specific needs when creating life insurance quotes through effective communication.
• Efficiently manage illustration requests while collaborating with internal and external customers.
• Provide education and support for financial advisors and agents regarding their queries.
• Stay updated with the latest life insurance products and regulatory changes.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and processes.

Requirements

• Experience in a professional service industry.
• Ability to execute routine problem-solving skills within a defined framework.
• Aptitude for building strong relationships and contributing to the overall success of the team.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to execute deliverables on time.
• Exhibits independent problem-solving and decision-making skills while collaborating with team members when appropriate.
• Ability to understand complex concepts and simplify them in both verbal and written communication to customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree.
