This role requires extensive root-cause driven resolution, with a focus on optimizing polymerization processes, ensuring product quality, and driving continuous improvement across all operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at troubleshooting complex issues, implementing sustainable solutions, and leading initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and product consistency.
