About the position
The Pool Cashier at Kirby Creek Natatorium is responsible for managing cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an organized checkout area. This entry-level position requires effective communication skills and the ability to handle money accurately while assisting customers with their inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in person and over the phone, answering questions and assisting them with their needs.
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Process payments and issue receipts to customers.
- Count the daily revenue and reconcile it with reports at the end of each shift.
- Keep the checkout area clean and organized, including cleaning the counter and lobby area and replenishing supplies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience in money handling is preferred.
