About the position

The Pool Repair Technician at Florida Leisure Pool & Spa is responsible for maintaining and repairing pools, hot tubs, and related mechanical systems. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. The technician will work both part-time and full-time, providing flexible scheduling options and opportunities for commission-based pay based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on pools and hot tubs.
• Diagnose and fix electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues related to pool systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance while on the job.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for repairs and services.

Requirements

• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• 5 years of electrical experience (preferred).
• 5 years of plumbing experience (preferred).
• Strong mechanical knowledge and repair skills.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
