The Customer Service Representative/Cashier position at our pool retail store involves providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases. The role requires strong communication skills and a good understanding of pool and spa products, as well as the ability to handle transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments at a customer's convenience.
• Provide good customer service.
• Be informative and courteous to customers.
• Help guide the customers to the desired item.
• Use cash register to ring up customers' orders.
• Help customers move or carry items if needed.
• Stock shelves and order items as needed.
• Lift items up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of customer service principles.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers.
• Previous experience in the pool and spa industry, including pool service, retail, or supply distribution.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks online and Square Point of Sale.
