About the position
Aquality Pools & Spas is seeking an experienced Pool Service Technician/Manager to provide comprehensive pool care to clients. This role focuses on maintaining water chemistry, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring high-quality service. Responsibilities
- Perform regular, year-round maintenance on client pools and spas, ensuring balanced water chemistry and smooth system operation.
- Utilize knowledge of Coverstar & Pentair equipment to set up, maintain, and troubleshoot pool and spa equipment.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively during routine visits to prevent costly repairs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication regarding maintenance and improvements.
- Manage your schedule flexibly to allow for in-depth checks and repairs, addressing issues immediately as they arise.
- Support clients by scheduling pool cleanings or temperature checks before special events at no extra charge.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Pool Technician, specifically with Pentair systems and automation.
- Proficient with low-voltage systems, IntelliChems automation, and various pool equipment types.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and managing expectations.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a flexible schedule.
- Quick and resourceful problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with additional pool equipment brands and systems.
- Certifications such as CWO or CPO.
