About The Position

We are hiring an entry-level Pool Service Technician to service and maintain customers' swimming pools. This position is ideal for individuals who have prior knowledge of swimming pool equipment and maintenance, can work with hazardous chemicals, and possess strong customer service skills. As a Pool Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that swimming pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained for our customers. This role requires a commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently while driving to various customer locations. In this position, you will be expected to drive the company vehicle to the customer's location, maintain equipment and chemical stock levels both at the store and in the vehicle, and test swimming pool water for pH and chlorine levels. You will also be responsible for adding necessary chemicals to correct pH levels, cleaning the swimming pool using authorized equipment, and performing repairs such as replacing globes in underwater light fittings and fixing cracks or leaks in the pool structure. Additionally, you will service and fix faulty pool cleaning equipment and complete paperwork to report service requirements to management.
