About the position

Eclipse Sample Sales is seeking Stock Associates for a temporary pop-up location in Huntington Beach, CA. The Stock Associate will act as a Brand Ambassador, ensuring the store is prepared for daily operations and maximizing profitability. This role requires both independent and collaborative work to ensure events open on time and are well-prepared.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet and engage customers
• Demonstrate merchandise, product details, and brand values to customers based on company guidelines
• Operate store POS to ring up sales
• Merchandise/restock inventory and maintain general upkeep of the shop front
• Carry out opening and/or closing procedures
• Run/manage the store front independently

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing experience, ideally in a flagship or small business setting
• Comfortable using/learning a digital POS application (Shopify POS)
• Knowledgeable about the designers carried and current fashion trends
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with customers
• Self-motivated and time-bound, able to work autonomously
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, grasping, bending, and stacking pallets
