The Popeyes Team Member position is a part-time role focused on delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Team Members are responsible for serving hot and fresh food while maintaining a clean and safe environment, embodying the Cajun hospitality that Popeyes is known for. Responsibilities

• Serve guests hot and fresh food in a clean and safe environment.
• Deliver food quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist in various roles including Cashier, Crew Member, Cook, and Backline Prep.
• Provide excellent guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
