Responsibilities
- Post Notices
- Install 'For Rent' signs
- Install Smart Lockboxes
- Conduct Health and Safety Inspections
- Perform Move-In Inspections
- Conduct Move-Out Inspections
- Take 3D scans/Marketing Photos
- Meet owners to hand over keys
- Conduct property showings
- Retrieve lockboxes/For Rent signs from rented properties
- Complete other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Must have a smartphone
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid Driver's License (or use of public transportation)
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must be flexible, reliable, and dependable
- No prior experience needed, but task-based work and contractor experience is a plus
