About the position

The Porsche Host - Client Relations role is designed to enhance customer experiences by acting as a brand ambassador for Porsche. This position focuses on ensuring that customers receive exceptional service when interacting with the brand, thereby increasing service traffic and revenue for the dealership. The role involves greeting customers, providing a welcoming environment, and effectively communicating Porsche's brand values and offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers as they enter the showroom/service department
  • Provide a warm, professional, and memorable first impression
  • Offer refreshments and ensure the showroom environment is welcoming and comfortable
  • Gather feedback from customers and ensure their needs are addressed promptly
  • Act as a knowledgeable and passionate advocate for the Porsche brand
  • Communicate Porsche's brand values, history, and technological innovations to customers
  • Organize and assist in special events, including Porsche product launches, exclusive customer events, and test drives
  • Represent the dealership at these events and ensure that guests feel engaged and valued
  • Ensure the showroom is well-organized, presentable, and stocked with marketing materials
  • Provide feedback on customer experiences to improve the dealership's online reputation
  • Maintain logs of customer interactions, test drives, and sales leads
  • Assist with the scheduling of appointments and updating customer records in the CRM system

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail, especially in a luxury or high-end environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle high-profile clients and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Well-groomed and presentable appearance in line with the luxury image of Porsche
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, email, etc.)
  • Ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer concerns
  • Attention to detail to ensure customer preferences are accurately noted
  • A passion for Porsche or luxury cars
