About the position

The Porsche Sales Brand Ambassador is responsible for driving vehicle sales and enhancing customer satisfaction through a seamless sales journey. This role involves engaging with customers, generating leads, and providing personalized consultations to meet customer needs. The ambassador will work closely with team members and departments to ensure a professional sales experience, while also contributing to the revenue and profit targets of the sales department.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads to expand the sales funnel and increase conversions.
  • Present products and offer consultation via telephone and online (via chat/video conferencing).
  • Present products and offer consultation during events.
  • Introduce new products to existing customers (online/remotely and offline).
  • Provide trade-in offers to potential/interested new/existing customers (online/remotely and offline).
  • Prepare prospect/customer visits, including appointment making and organization of demonstrators and test drives.
  • Demonstrate products and features in a professional and personalized manner according to customer needs and expectations.
  • Present assets/buying reasons instead of features only.
  • Provide guided test drives.
  • Discover and assess needs during the sales journey by listening and asking the right questions.
  • Handle objections along the sales journey and explore further questions.
  • Configure stock and customer vehicles according to sales planning.
  • Conduct sales with the objective to fulfill personal sales targets in new/used vehicles, options, and accessories.
  • Create purchase and financing offers based on customer preferences and budget.
  • Prepare and execute new vehicle deliveries with support from the Sales Assistant and Porsche Pro.
  • Conduct customer follow-ups for purchase satisfaction surveys.
  • Manage interfaces and customer touch points along the sales process.
  • Document, maintain, and update customer data in the systems.

Requirements

  • Mid-level sales experience in automotive or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and empathize with customers.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and systems.
  • Knowledge of vehicle features and technology.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in luxury automotive sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
