Responsibilities

• Providing meticulous upkeep of flat lot parking locations, including cutting grass, cleaning pay machine shelters, removing debris and trash, and installing or moving signage.
• Communicating effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Performing all designated maintenance and cleaning tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintaining equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including overnight and weekends.
• Self-motivated, responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Proven compliance with policies and procedures.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to 8 hours at a time, and work outdoors.
