Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and buffing floors to maintain a polished appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms during shift and after shift clean up.
• Conduct custodial duties such as emptying trash bins, cleaning restrooms, and ensuring common areas are tidy.
• Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or issues that need attention.
• Engage in residential painting projects as needed to enhance the property's visual appeal.
• Carry out commercial cleaning tasks in various settings while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring that all tools are in good working condition.
• Provide industrial cleaning support during special projects or events as required.

Requirements

• Proficient in buffing techniques and floor care practices.
• Strong knowledge of custodial procedures and best practices for maintaining cleanliness in various environments.
