About The Position
Provide support to the Commercial Lending team by managing various functions as they pertain to the ongoing monitoring of the portfolio. Daily duties include managing various reports and collaborating with other departments including commercial lending, loan servicing, loan administration, and portfolio management. Responsible for the accurate tracking of all financial reporting requirements, loan covenants, borrowing base certificates, loan coding, and key review dates for the loan portfolio. Tasked with reducing risk to the Bank by minimizing document exceptions, insurance expirations, and managing ticklers to track key dates for compliance events within the commercial loan portfolio. Perform special projects as needed.
