About the position

As a Portfolio Implementation Analyst II - Managed Accounts at PNC, you will play a crucial role in the Asset Management Group, focusing on the selection, design, development, and promotion of investment products. This position involves analyzing market trends, managing product roll-outs, and ensuring compliance with risk management protocols. You will collaborate with various internal and external partners to enhance customer experience and drive business results.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze product offerings and lead initiatives related to new or existing products.
  • Participate in customer-focused quality assessments and improvement processes.
  • Leverage knowledge of emerging technologies to develop business cases and plans for product initiatives.
  • Analyze product, technology, and market trends to design innovative features for products.
  • Manage the development, production, and promotion of less complex products or initiatives.
  • Support risk management, compliance, and audit needs as part of the first line of defense.
  • Monitor and analyze business results of products and recommend modifications to improve outcomes.
  • Drive business, financial, and customer experience results for products and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Knowledge of SMA/UMA trading and PNC's product offerings.
  • Experience with software such as Charles River and/or Vestmark.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to handle investment advisor inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
