About the position

The Portfolio Manager for Global Supply Chain Technology Transformation at lululemon USA Inc. is responsible for managing communication and providing program management for lululemon's labor strategy initiatives. This role involves leading initiative roadmapping for multi-year strategic planning of enterprise transformation initiatives. The Portfolio Manager will oversee processes related to transformative efforts aimed at maturing agile practices in collaboration with portfolio leaders. This includes documenting and maintaining portfolio artifacts and templates, while encouraging the development and use of a knowledge library. Collaboration is key in this position, as the Portfolio Manager will work closely with portfolio leaders to establish and implement the necessary processes and governance to achieve and sustain operational excellence in portfolio management. The role also requires partnering with the Enterprise Portfolio Management team to contribute to and deliver portfolio activities and optimizations. The Portfolio Manager will own transformation backlogs, analyze information to make informed recommendations, and lead value-driven improvements to enable teams. Additionally, this position supports peers with actions around portfolio and operations transformation, including delivery frameworks and tools, as well as process improvement. A significant aspect of this role is leading employee development and fostering community of practice involvement for key roles within the organization. The Portfolio Manager ensures that team members have the tools, resources, and information they need to perform their jobs effectively and works to remove any barriers that may hinder their performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage communication and provide program management of lululemon labor strategy initiatives.
  • Lead initiative roadmapping for multi-year strategic planning of enterprise transformation initiatives.

  • Partner with Enterprise Portfolio Management team to contribute and deliver portfolio activities and optimizations.

  • Ensure team members have the tools, resources, and information they need to perform their jobs and remove barriers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience working in Information Technology program/portfolio management (5 of which must be post-baccalaureate progressive experience).
  • 5 years of experience building agile practices.
  • 5 years of experience building JQL reporting and implementing agile practices across a dispersed workforce of 200+ team members.
  • 3 years of experience supporting the implementation of the Service Now Portfolio Management (SPM) module in a large, matrixed organization.
  • 3 years of experience in global supply chain technology.
  • 3 years of experience driving strategic global labor strategy transformative efforts for a retail enterprise.
  • 3 years of experience in portfolio transformation management.
  • Agile Certification, including either SAFe POPM or PSM I.
